Graceful Woodville Plantation on the South Santee River

Graceful Woodville Plantation on the South Santee River, was part of an early land grant to John Boone. The property changed ownership eight times before being purchased by Thomas W. Graham in 1887. He grew rice there. Sadly, the house burned as a result of a kitchen fire in 1900.
TW Graham died in 1905, and Woodville passed to his children.
After several more changes of ownership, the property became part of The Wedge Plantation, which is currently available for sale by its owner, the State of South Carolina.
